Just for you.
All prize money is awarded with no expectations or conditions on how it is spent. While many do, students are not required to invest this money into their proposed startups.
For those students competing with a community or faculty member in the Open Category, all prize money must go to the students on the team.
The Northwest Entrepreneur Competition would like to thank the generous support of our sponsors for allowing us to create a unique educational experience for student startups across the Inland Northwest.
While never guaranteed, past winners of the Northwest Entrepreneur Competition have been invited to make investment presentations in front of the Spokane Angel Alliance. As a result, some teams have received equity investments, making the Spokane Angel Alliance a valuable resource for both Northwest Entrepreneur Competition participants as well as our region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The NEC is committed to continuing our engagement with organizations like the Spokane Angel Alliance so students can have access to significant investment opportunities should they choose to launch their startup.
